The Role:
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. This is a quota-carrying role with a competitive compensation package and uncapped earning potential. If you have a relentless drive to succeed and a passion for technology, we want you on our team.
What Youâll Do:
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and articulate how Nexus Dynamics solves them.
- Present tailored product demonstrations and negotiate contracts with decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close within the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and forecast revenue pipelines.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client retention.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or Technology industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a desire to win.

Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and qualify opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close within Salesforce CRM.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically SaaS or Technology.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Strong ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
