Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and administer treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Assist in patient education and health promotion activities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain clean and organized clinical environment following infection control protocols
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Perform administrative tasks including patient scheduling and record keeping
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification
- Valid nursing registration with Singapore Nursing Board
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Attention to detail and excellent observational skills
