Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, learner-centric educational content for various formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex topics into clear, concise, and accessible learning materials.
- Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to create effective and measurable learning outcomes.
- Conduct thorough content reviews, revisions, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, pedagogical effectiveness, and alignment with project goals.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, simulations, and interactive exercises to enhance engagement and retention.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in educational content development and instructional design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in educational content development, instructional design, or curriculum development.
- Proven expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and pedagogical soundness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Portfolio showcasing previous educational content development projects is highly desirable.
