NexGen Logistics Solutions is seeking a visionary Director of Supply Chain Operations to spearhead our North American distribution network. Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute end-to-end global supply chain strategies to support rapid market expansion.
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize inventory turnover and warehouse throughput.
  • Negotiate multi-million dollar contracts with international freight forwarders and 3PL providers.
  • Lead the integration of AI-driven demand forecasting and predictive analytics tools.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of 50+ across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Develop and monitor critical KPIs including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) and Total Landed Cost.
  • Design robust risk mitigation frameworks to ensure business continuity during global trade disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume logistics environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle SCM.
  • Active APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L exceeding $50M with a focus on cost-avoidance.
  • Expert-level knowledge of international customs regulations and Incoterms.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
