Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain and logistics strategies to support multi-channel global business growth.
- Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, regional distribution hubs, global transportation, and inventory management.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, carriers, and key vendors to minimize landed costs and improve service levels.
- Implement advanced supply chain technologies, including next-gen TMS, WMS, and predictive analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Sales, and Product Operations to align supply chain capacity with evolving demand forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, customs brokerages, and environmental sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or MS in Supply Chain is highly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, logistics, or multi-site distribution networks.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar logistics budgets and successfully delivering network optimization projects.
- Expertise with enterprise-grade ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and modern, cloud-based TMS/WMS platforms.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills with a data-first mindset.
- Industry-recognized professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are highly desirable.
