As a key strategic partner, you will collaborate with executive leadership to align human resources strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain world-class talent.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive People strategy that supports rapid business growth.
- Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational health.
- Oversee all talent acquisition efforts, employer branding, and onboarding methodologies.
- Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on organizational design and succession planning.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies to foster a truly collaborative culture.
- Manage the HR team, administering performance management frameworks and total rewards programs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record in scaling technology startups or mid-sized corporate environments.
- Deep understanding of state and federal employment laws and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and data-driven people analytics dashboards.
