Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams in high-growth or tech-forward environments.
  • Expert knowledge of federal, state (NY), and local employment laws.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and high-stakes communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management and leadership development coaching.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
