Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from executive recruitment to strategic offboarding.
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives that result in measurable organizational impact.
- Oversee total rewards, including competitive compensation benchmarking and premium benefits administration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design and change management.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy, legal precision, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Implement advanced HRIS and talent analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly preferred.
- Proven track record of scaling teams in high-growth or tech-forward environments.
- Expert knowledge of federal, state (NY), and local employment laws.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and high-stakes communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management and leadership development coaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
