Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the global people strategy aligned with rapid business growth and organizational objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, employee retention, and career path development initiatives.
- Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and corporate wellness programs.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that champions diversity, equity, and belonging (DEI).
- Mitigate operational risk by ensuring absolute compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Coach executive leadership on organizational design, change management, and executive team dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a high-growth technology or corporate services sector.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling HR processes, performance management frameworks, and key metrics.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication skills, and sophisticated conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Deep expertise in employment law, employee relations, and modern HR tech stacks (HRIS, ATS, Performance Management tools).
