Responsibilities
- Lead and scale end-to-end operational strategy to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
- Oversee multi-departmental KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives.
- Optimize supply chain and fulfillment logistics to reduce overhead and improve lead times.
- Manage annual operating budgets and resource allocation across regional hubs.
- Implement scalable SOPs and automation tools to streamline workflows across the organization.
- Mentor senior managers and cultivate a high-trust, performance-oriented culture.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and ground-level operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in high-growth operational roles.
- Deep expertise in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering measurable efficiency gains.
- Expert proficiency in data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and ERP systems.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate change management effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and data-backed solutions.
