Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the C-suite to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational plans.
- Implement data-driven analytics to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and streamline procurement processes for maximum cost-efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior operations management experience, preferably in logistics or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
