- Optimize supply chain and fulfillment workflows to reduce costs and increase delivery speed.
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and P&L accountability.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of managers to foster a culture of accountability and performance.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements to maximize ROI.
- Implement data-driven monitoring systems to identify bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in senior operational roles, preferably in logistics or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a rapidly growing organization.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar process optimization frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM software platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
