Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior operational leadership experience.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain or logistics processes.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and data visualization tools.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or scale-up environment.
