Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to scale regional efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams across logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Implement lean methodology across all tiers of the organization to minimize waste.
- Monitor KPIs and P&L performance to ensure budget compliance and profitability goals are met.
- Drive continuous improvement through rigorous data analysis and process engineering.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term organizational scaling plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance across all primary logistics partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in high-growth operations roles, specifically within logistics or supply chain.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets and P&L oversight.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing remote and hybrid teams.
- Deep understanding of Six Sigma or Lean operational frameworks.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to oversee regional distribution hubs.
