Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or tech-enabled sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
