Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in logistics.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a high-growth environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence platforms.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing teams of 50+ employees.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
