Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to drive business growth and organizational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams across logistics, warehousing, and supply chain departments.
- Oversee P&L responsibilities, including budget management, resource allocation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Implement data-driven performance metrics (KPIs) to track success and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and safety standards across all operational facilities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to scale infrastructure in anticipation of market expansion.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating advanced automation and ERP software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within logistics or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of scaling high-growth organizations and improving operational throughput.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar process optimization frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing multi-million dollar departmental budgets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Asana).
