Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to scale company performance.
- Oversee daily business activities, including supply chain management and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor diverse teams to ensure alignment with organizational KPIs and company culture.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to manage annual budgets and long-term financial forecasting.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all facilities.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and large-scale projects.
- Expertise in ERP software and advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification in PMP, Six Sigma, or APICS is highly desirable.
