You will work directly with our C-suite to execute high-level strategy and build the sustainable foundations needed for hyper-growth in a competitive tech-enabled landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable operational frameworks that support rapid organizational growth.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Optimize supply chain, logistics, and resource allocation to improve gross margins.
- Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility for the operations division.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business efficiency and service delivery.
- Streamline internal communication protocols to bridge gaps between Product, Sales, and Finance departments.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate high-value contracts to optimize cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in senior operations roles, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven track record of scaling operations from early-stage to growth-stage organizations.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar operational process frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/CRM software and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to drive change in complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic initiatives.
