- Optimize supply chain workflows and fulfillment processes to reduce lead times and operational overhead.
- Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and P&L performance to ensure financial health.
- Implement data-driven performance metrics (KPIs) to track success and identify areas for organizational improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of department heads and managers to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to scale business operations during rapid market expansion phases.
- Maintain compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements across all facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in lean methodology or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
