Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end operational strategies to enhance productivity and scalability
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Implement KPIs and data-driven decision frameworks for operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) across all operations
- Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in operations management with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in process automation and digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- Experience managing global supply chains and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
