- Manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Streamline cross-departmental workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance productivity.
- Represent operational interests in high-level strategic planning sessions and board meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior operational management, preferably in logistics or tech-enabled services.
- Demonstrated expertise in process re-engineering, lean methodologies, and Six Sigma.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and large-scale operations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP software, data analytics platforms, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
