Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level operational strategies to increase organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in senior operations roles within a high-growth startup or enterprise.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain or internal business processes.
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana) and ERP/CRM systems.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Looker).
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing distributed teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
