Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred).

- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar operational excellence methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
