Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize supply chain throughput and customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end departmental P&L, ensuring budget compliance and resource optimization.
- Lead and mentor high-performance teams across logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Implement and scale data-driven processes to increase operational velocity by 25% year-over-year.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term goals and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee rigorous quality control standards and safety compliance across all facilities.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating advanced ERP and WMS solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence tools and data visualization.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a history of building and retaining elite teams.
