Responsibilities

- Optimize supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment workflows to streamline project delivery cycles.
- Oversee P&L responsibility for operations, ensuring budget adherence and resource optimization.
- Implement advanced KPIs and dashboarding to provide executive stakeholders with real-time operational insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align operational workflows with company-wide technological roadmaps.
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements to ensure maximum value and operational reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within a logistics or tech-enabled environment.
- Proven track record of scaling operations from early-stage to high-growth phases.
- Deep expertise in lean methodology, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing teams of 20+ employees.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational data analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex cross-functional challenges.
