Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive operational strategies to scale regional throughput by 40% over the next 24 months.
- Oversee multi-million dollar departmental budgets, ensuring maximum ROI through rigorous financial auditing and cost-control initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 50+ personnel, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Implement and refine Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance workflow transparency.
- Negotiate and manage high-level vendor partnerships to optimize the procurement lifecycle and reduce lead times.
- Analyze complex operational datasets to identify bottlenecks and deploy tech-driven solutions for real-time tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the executive suite to align operational capabilities with global growth targets and ESG initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing P&L accounts exceeding $10M annually.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent professional certification in process improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in modern ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and leading large-scale organizational transitions.
- Analytical mindset with a deep focus on KPIs and data-backed decision-making.
