Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years in operations management, preferably within the logistics or tech-enabled services sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations from early-stage to high-growth phases.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage large, remote, and on-site teams.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational dashboard tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
