Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee multi-site facility performance, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational milestones.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast business growth and resource allocation requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize supply chain procurement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and proficiency with ERP/WMS software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and retain top-tier talent.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
