Responsibilities
- Architect and execute operational strategies that align with company growth targets.
- Oversee daily business activities, ensuring seamless coordination between logistics, supply chain, and client services.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations department of 50+ staff.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relations to maximize cost-efficiency.
- Drive organizational change initiatives to improve workflow agility and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term goals and strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of scaling operational processes in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
