Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior operational management within the logistics or tech-enabled services sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth startup or corporate environment.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems, workflow automation, and data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing teams exceeding 50+ members.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder challenges.
