Qualifications

- Proven track record of scaling operations from early-stage to maturity.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) and relevant software suites.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a history of building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills suitable for board-level reporting.
