Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to drive organizational scalability.
- Oversee daily business activities, ensuring maximum productivity and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Streamline cross-departmental workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance speed-to-market.
- Manage operational budgets and procurement cycles with a focus on cost-optimization.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of high-performing department managers.
- Implement advanced technology solutions to automate and digitize manual operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, ideally within the logistics or tech-enabled services sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations from early-stage to maturity.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of fostering high-engagement team cultures.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and operational forecasting.
