Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive operational strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of over 50 professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Oversee multi-million dollar departmental budgets, ensuring precise financial forecasting and resource allocation.
- Drive the adoption of advanced automation and ERP technologies to streamline warehouse and distribution workflows.
- Establish and monitor sophisticated KPI frameworks to provide real-time performance insights to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to align operational capabilities with long-term company growth objectives.
- Ensure 100% compliance with international safety standards, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, or a related field.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent expertise in process improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing P&L for business units exceeding $50M in annual revenue.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or high-tier Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Superior communication and negotiation skills for managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
