Responsibilities

- Oversee daily cross-functional operations, ensuring seamless alignment between procurement, logistics, and client success.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through data-driven predictive modeling and process audits.
- Manage departmental P&L with a focus on cost-optimization and sustainable resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of high-performing managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Drive the digital transformation of internal workflows by integrating state-of-the-art ERP and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine KPIs and performance metrics that drive executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior-level operations experience, ideally within the logistics or tech-enabled supply chain sector.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex project lifecycles.
- Deep expertise in lean methodology, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and complex ERP systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to present actionable insights to Board members and investors.
