- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all operational sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in high-level operations management, ideally within the logistics or tech sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing teams of 50+ employees.
- Expertise in ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and advanced data visualization platforms.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, lean methodologies, and project management frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
