Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor multi-departmental teams to ensure alignment with organizational KPIs.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and spearhead process improvement initiatives.
- Manage annual operating budgets and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute long-term corporate growth milestones.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate high-value service level agreements.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in senior operational management roles, ideally within the logistics or tech-enabled services sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in lean management, Six Sigma methodologies, and project management software (Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and implement modern ERP systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
