The ideal candidate is a data-driven visionary who excels at cross-departmental collaboration, process automation, and fostering high-performance cultures. You will report directly to the COO and have full autonomy over key operational pillars.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-departmental alignment to ensure operational KPIs and company goals are consistently met.
- Implement scalable process automation to reduce overhead and improve service delivery efficiency.
- Oversee annual budgeting, resource allocation, and P&L accountability for the operations division.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of operational managers and coordinators.
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to maintain service continuity.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and drive long-term operational excellence initiatives.
- Audit internal workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement data-backed improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana) and ERP/CRM platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data visualization and reporting (Tableau, Looker).
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets exceeding $10M annually.
