Responsibilities

- Oversee P&L performance, ensuring budgetary goals are met while maintaining high output quality.
- Optimize supply chain workflows by integrating advanced automation and data-driven logistics software.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional department of managers and technical staff.
- Establish rigorous safety and compliance protocols to exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational objectives with long-term company growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or an Engineering-related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar operational budgets.
- Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean methodology, or similar process improvement frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
