Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable operational frameworks to support 2x annual headcount growth.
- Oversee departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and resource allocation to maximize ROI and operational leaness.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between Product, Engineering, and Sales to eliminate silos and improve time-to-market.
- Develop and monitor high-level KPIs and OKRs to provide actionable insights to the C-suite.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
- Drive the adoption of emerging automation technologies to streamline repetitive administrative and logistical tasks.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in high-growth technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational design within a global context.
- Superior analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into strategic roadmaps.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and modern project management suites (Asana/Jira).
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar operational budgets successfully.
