Responsibilities

- Manage P&L responsibilities, driving cost-efficiencies while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Lead and mentor diverse teams across warehouse management, procurement, and logistics.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational capacity with long-term business growth.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure maximum value and service reliability.
- Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of proven leadership experience in high-volume operations or logistics.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational data analytics (SQL, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong track record of scaling operations in a startup or rapid-growth environment.
