- Oversee end-to-end supply chain logistics, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimized operational expenditure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate automation tools into existing warehouse workflows.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives across all regions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of operations managers and support staff.
- Mitigate operational risks by implementing robust compliance protocols and contingency planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, logistics, or distribution environments.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, WMS, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
