Responsibilities
- Drive organizational efficiency by redesigning core operational workflows and implementing scalable processes.
- Direct high-performance teams across supply chain, logistics, and facilities management departments.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute long-term operational strategy and financial KPIs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate high-stakes contracts to optimize cost-efficiency and performance.
- Monitor real-time operational data to identify bottlenecks and deploy data-driven solutions.
- Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of senior-level operational experience, preferably within a logistics or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of scaling operations from early-stage to mature organizational structures.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar operational excellence frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and operational data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL, or similar).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor diverse, high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
