Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive operational strategies to optimize internal business processes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project execution, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain and vendor relationships to minimize overhead while maintaining high service levels.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through data-driven analysis and proactive problem-solving.
- Scale organizational infrastructure to support rapid growth and expanding international operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, preferably within a scaling startup or technology firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or similar operational frameworks.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/CRM software and project management tools (Jira, Asana, NetSuite).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing operational budgets exceeding $5M annually.
