Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain management and logistics performance across multiple regional hubs.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-backed process improvements.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and CAPEX planning to ensure optimal financial health.
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and achieve long-term corporate milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior-level operations experience within the logistics or technology sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations from early-stage to high-growth phases.
- Exceptional proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
