Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to drive business growth and scalability.
- Oversee daily workflows across regional distribution centers to ensure maximum productivity.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine business processes and reduce operational overhead.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and capital expenditure forecasting.
- Implement data-driven performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor and enhance service level agreements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of department managers and operational staff.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean methodologies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operational budgets exceeding $10M.
- Expertise in ERP systems, advanced data analytics (Tableau/PowerBI), and project management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement (Six Sigma/Lean certifications a plus).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-evolving logistics environment.
