Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or tech sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational analytics software.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget forecasting and P&L management experience.
