- Optimize supply chain workflows to reduce overhead and improve service delivery metrics.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and long-term financial planning.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Implement advanced data-driven performance monitoring systems to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to drive strategic initiatives and corporate policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in lean six sigma, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar P&L statements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
