- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of department heads to foster a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term goals and strategic business pivots.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of senior-level management experience within the logistics or operations sector.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean methodology, or other process optimization frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large, distributed teams.
