Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable operational frameworks to support 2x year-over-year growth.
  • Oversee global supply chain management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across all departments to minimize waste and maximize throughput.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for operational departments, ensuring strict adherence to annual budgets.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide real-time visibility into organizational health.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering professional development and high-level engagement.
  • Collaborate with the CTO to integrate automated systems and ERP upgrades into daily workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or supply chain management.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex global logistics.
