- Lead and mentor a high-performing department of 50+ logistics and operational staff.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce latency and overhead costs by 15% annually.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee P&L responsibilities for regional operations, ensuring fiscal health and budget adherence.
- Implement advanced data analytics to drive predictive modeling and decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with national and international logistics regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations or Logistics.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar operational improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, SAP).
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to oversee regional facility audits.
